Women Empowerment Environment<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SEARCH livelihood programmes focus women smallholders, business-women, employees and homeworkers belonging to poor and marginalised communities, with the objective of empowering them with knowledge and enhanced access to inputs, services, technologies and opportunities. We facilitate the building of an enabling and gender-transformative environment for conducting economic activities by engaging men and other influential actors, both private and public, who are involved in market value chains and entitlement delivery helping women from marginalised communities to earn their livelihoods.<\/p>

We focus on improving access and control of women from marginalised communities over productive resources, services and opportunities; enhancing their food and nutrition security; and improving their abilities in climate change resilience.<\/p>

To bring about holistic change in the areas of resilience and nutrition, it is necessary to sustain resources for future, promote individual and institutional capacities and transform vulnerability to risks in the areas of agriculture and livelihood. Our work also emphasizes building asset-base, knowledge, information on institutional entitlements and governance, to improve climate change resilience and nutrition security. We believe in empowering women financially.<\/p>

Health, Hygiene, and Sanitation<\/b><\/p>

The good health of the individual is an essential requirement of society. Unfortunately, most of the people living in rural and slum areas have low access to quality health care services. With this in mind, SEARCH SANSTHA is providing preventive and curative health services to rural communities and urban slums. Our main objective is to provide quality primary health care for rural and urban people and create a friendly environment for accessing quality healthcare services. SEARCH has done good efforts in the field of Health, Hygiene, and Sanitation. We also conduct health examination for school children in whom their weight, height, eyes, ears, teeth, etc. were examined and they were given health-related information. From time to time organization arranges health care camps in different rural and urban communities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
